**Past and present in a collection of charming homes.**

 
It all began with a Portuguese family and two houses that held centuries of memories: the Casa dos Condes, in the Alentejo village of Cano, in Sousel, and the Casa de São Domingos, in the exclusive Lapa neighborhood, in Lisbon. From generation to generation, the walls of these houses witnessed stories, encounters, and traditions that remained alive over time.

 
The love for preserving this heritage and the passion for hospitality led the family to open their doors to the world. Over time, they added Quinta Velha, Casa da Burra and Casa da Mula in Sintra, and Casa de São Paulo in a historic area of Lisbon, forming a unique set of six spaces that exude authenticity and translate the essence of Portuguese hospitality. Respecting the original architecture and historical character of each place, and maintaining the exclusive profile of each destination, they introduced contemporary design details and modern comfort, creating environments where past and present coexist in harmony, providing an authentic journey through time and the flavors of each place.

 
Today, under the watchful eye of Constança, a family member who keeps the essence of the project alive, the 18.21 Houses celebrate the art of hospitality. More than just accommodations, they are havens that combine tradition and modernity, created for those seeking to discover a country and experience Portugal… one house at a time.
